Army Staff Sgt. Mark Freshour, New Smyrna Beach, Florida native, and Infantry Squad Leader with Southern European Task Force- Africa, throws a medicine ball during the Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7. The Soldiers conduct an Army Combat Physical Fitness Test (ACFT) which is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination.
