PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 10, 2018) – Capt. Mark M. Goto speaks at a change of command ceremony for Navy Medicine Operational Training Center (NMOTC) at the National Naval Aviation Museum aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola. Goto was relieved by Capt. Theron C. Toole as commanding officer. Following the change of command, a retirement ceremony was held for Goto.
