Soldiers from the 150th and 160th Engineer Companies, New Jersey Army National Guard, employed D7 bulldozers to perform beach replenishment operations Nov. 8, 2012, in the devastated Holgate section of Long Beach Island, , following Hurricane Sandy and Nor’easter Athena. More than 2,000 Soldiers and Airmen from the New Jersey National Guard have been mobilized in response to Hurricane Sandy.
