A German silver-inlaid pillow sword, circa 1640 Double-edged blade of hexagonal cross section, the base decorated with etchings on both sides. Iron knuckle-bow hilt, on one side guard ring with elaborate floral and ornamental decoration inlaid in silver. Replaced iron/nickel-silver grip with Turk's heads. Length cm.
