It still remainsin the market-place, and has been rudely restored. Itrepresents a female draped and seated on a throne, with alion standing on its left side. This animal has also lost itshead, but its figure and legs leave no doubt as to the natureof the beast. There probably was another lion on the rightside of the figure also.
