The Home Mission Committee,after careful inspection of the workunder way and needing to be done,voted unanimously to proceed tofinish the necessary work in a first-class manner, and with the bestavailable materials. They authorizeda maximum expenditure of $25,000. Some of you have seen the workbeing done, and are doubtless won-dering how the bills are being of all, there was about $4,500raised for this in connection withthe 1944 Thanksgiving Offering.
