Along a dirt track heading toward the edge of the Mule Mountains stands this windmill and water tank pair that work to help water cattle on public lands. The time was near the middle of golden hour when the sun is low and shadows become stark. The sky was a clear blue with the moon rising over the shoulder of the mountain range.
