Folkestone Triennial 2014: artists are invited to use this seaside town as their canvas, utilizing public spaces to create striking new pieces that reflect issues affecting both the town and the wider world. Alex Hartley's Vigil. This is the artist's response to the title Lookout, which is inspired by the imposing architecture of the Grand Burstin Hotel, which overlooks the Harbour.
