Max Clark, commanding officer of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19), as they discuss the capabilities of a landing craft, air cushion. The ship is deployed with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet and 5th Fleet areas of operations.
