The specimen is a $, about 9 nun in length, and very defective: antennae 1-2, and pereiopods 3 and 5-7 are lost. Distribution. The deep Polar Basin: 11941'X, 15°51'E, 1591m, H-l°2, sabulous clay, and 72°57'X. 11 32' E. 817 m. -f- 0°8, clay (type-localities; G. O. Saks 1. c). Not found elsewhere. 351.
