Braintree, UK. 22 July 2018 the 155th annual Finchingfield three legged race involved competitors wading across the village pond twice while spectators through water or water filled balloons at them. The competitors have to drink a pint in all three of the village pubs during the course of the race. The race is three legged because two competitors race together with one leg of each tied to a leg of the other.
