The redundant Ingleton railway viaduct, North Yorkshire.
The viaduct is redundant since the closure of the Clapham to Low Gill railway line in the 1960s. For some years in the C19th the viaduct was the imfamous boundary between the Midland Railway Company and the London and North Western railway. Neither could agree on the passage of trains over the viaduct and each built a station at either end, leaving passengers to make their own way between the stations.
