A New Dwarf Salvia—Early flowering, does not grow over 15 to 18 inches tall, and blooms as soon as it becomes well rooted. Commences to bloom early in the summer, and continues until frost. Flowers brightest scarlet, produced in grand spikes. 10c each. $ per doz. SALVIA SPLENDENS. One of the finest of all bedding plants, being com- pletely covered in autumn with long soikes of daz- zling scarlet flowers, remaining in bloom until cut down by frost. 10c, 75c per doz. SOLANUM. Seaforthianum— (Blue Solanum.) An excellent climbing plant, one that can be used to good effect as a pot plant in the house or for summer planting in the garden. The flowers are bright lilac blue, produced in large, pendulous clusters. The bloom is followed by dark red fruit, which remains on the plant for a long time and adds a great deal to its beauty. 15c. Jasminoides—Quite a strong climbing habit. Blooms with clusters of star-shaped flowers, white faintly tinted violet. Fine for blooming in pots, winter or summer. 10c. SMILAX. A very graceful climber, possessing the rare quali- ties of delicate and dense foliage and vining habit, admirably adapting it to climbing or drooping as may be required.
