Spc. Brandon L. Harp from Knoxville, Tenn., who is assigned to the 304th Military Police Company, maneuvers around Fort McCoy, Wis., during the Urban Warfighting Orientation Course phase of the competition. The competition brought 28 Soldiers and non-commissioned officers from Guam to New Hampshire to Fort McCoy to determine the best of the Army Reserve.
