Amling Co. reports the ar- rival of the first pick of indoor carna- tions August 4, while one or two grow- ers still were shipping small quantities from last season's plants. The Batavia Greenhouse Co. reports having begun to cut from the Killarneys recently planted in place of the carna- tions. The Beauties- are being pinched back.
