In1878 he built a barn, thirty-six by fortyfeet, and erected other substantial and com-modious buildings, making bis a modelfarm. The corn crop usually yields aboutfiftv Inisbels to the acre and oats thirty-eight liushels. Joseph Cunningham was united in to Mary A. Swisher, wdio died .\pril5. 1902. after a long and happy marriedlife. In their familv were nine children :.
