L. Cuddeback, afterwhich he took a course of lectures at Belle\ue, inNew York City, from which he was graduated inthe Class of 92. He then began the practice ofmedicine and surgery in Port Jervis, where he ismeeting with excellent success. He is a memberof the Orange County Medical Society, in whichhe takes an active part. On the 9th of June, 1892, Dr. Skinner wasunited in marriage with Miss Marj- B. Hiller, ofTuukhannock, Pa. She is a daughter of Will-iam M. and Oresta L.
