The Samuel Beckett Bridge and the building on the waterfront near the Convention Center - Dublin city center, Ireland

The Samuel Beckett Bridge and the building on the waterfront near the Convention Center - Dublin city center in the republic of Ireland. This is a cable-stayed bridge that joins Sir John Rogerson's Quay on the south side of the River Liffey to Guild Street and North Wall Quay in the Docklands area. The innovative architect Santiago Calatrava designed this and a number of other bridges and buildings in Ireland. The Dublin Convention Centre can also be seen in the background. It was designed by the American-Irish architect Kevin Roche.
