Smaller than Vine Peach and thinner fleshed. Preferred by some for preserves because of acid flavor. Pkt. lOc oz. 35c. WATERMELONS "Watermelons require a rich, sandy soil for best development and do best in warm latitudes, except that the hills should be nearly double the distance apart.
