Niger Armed Forces (FAN) members take an English placement exam at AB 201, Niger, Jan. 21, 2023. The exams will be used to place the FAN into English Discussion Groups based on their English proficiency. EDGs not only help students practice conversational English, they also strengthen the partnerships and interoperability between the forces. It also provides members of each nationality a unique opportunity to better understand one another and learn about each other's culture.
