Chase, a boatswains mate at Station Eastport, sits shotgun in the Station Eastport 29-foot Response Boat-Small while transiting towards the Lubec Channel Lighthouse in Eastport, Maine on August 9, 2021. The Lubec Channel Lighthouse, also known as “Sparkplug”, located in the channel between South Lubec Beach and Campobello Island is one of three of these “wedding cake” style lights that remain standing along the coast of Maine.
