Giovanna Nugent, Bertel Thorvaldsen, 1770-1844, No earlier than September 1818 - No later than 1821, Sculpture, Bust, Portrait Bust, Giovanna (1795-1854) was born in Naples as the daughter of Duke Raphael Riario-Sforza. In 1815, also in Naples, she married Count Laval Nugent-Westmeath, who was Irish by birth, but ended as an Austrian field marshal.
