Lt. Col. Agim Kucana, Commander of the Albanian Army’s Light Infantry Battle Group (LIBG), greets Soldiers of the New Jersey Army National Guard at Land Forces Headquarters, Zall-Herr, Tirana, Albania, on September 13. The National Guard sent over 30 Soldiers in support of the Albanian Armed Forces upcoming NATO Validation Exercise as part of their State Partnership Program that has lasted over 20 years and conducted more than 500 military-to-military events.
