Brackets with 150-watt tungsten lamps and radial wave reflectorswere used to illuminate a large sign outside of the booth. The separator was driven atno load most of the time. A small German thresher, driven by a 5 motor wasalso shown in actual operation. Two large banners reading: HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER COMMIS-SION OF ONTARIO, Portable Motor and Transformer Outfit for the Farm,were stretched across the roadway. This part of the exhibit occasioned a consider-able interest and was surrounded by a large crowd most of the time. The smalloutfit, however, was the centre of the greatest attention, for a machine of thiscapacity costs very little and may therefore be purchased by the average farmerfor individual use. A great deal of interest was shown in both displays, so much so, in fact, thatit kept the engineers of the Commission, as well as the representatives of the localHydro-Electric Department,
