In the latter yearhe resigned to seek health in Arizona; hisdeath occurred at Suffern, N. Y., October12, 1904. Magee, Frank Allen (, 83), was bornin New York city August 8, 1862. He was. F. A. Magee employed in the engineering departments oEthe New York Steam Heating Co., and theEdison Electric Light Co., and with Buck &McNulty, engineers. He has also been con-nected with different companies in the ca-pacity of sales agent: for several years withE. S. Greeley & Co., New York; then withthe Engineering & Equipment Co., NewYork and Boston; and is at present with theRevere Rubber Co., New York. He is amember of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Mr. Magee is the son of Frank Allen andJennie Magee. He married Clara NairneBurt, February 22, 1892, and two childrenwere born to them, Frances Adelaide (de-ceased 1897), and Burt Allen Magee. Magee, William Adam (, 88), wasborn in San Francisco, Cal., June 21, entered the real-estate business in 1888,and has been a member of the firm ofThomas Magee & Sons, San Francisco, Cal.,since 1894. Since the death of his father in1902 he and his two brothers have conductedthe business, which was established in 1866. 4
