A magnificent upright growing spe- cies, covered in the fall with its rich golden yellow flowers, which resemble those of Allamanda Calhar- iica. The Headache Tree of Key West; also known in some localities as Cork Tree ; Sea-side Mahoe of the West Indies. A tree closely related to the Hibiscus family, if not one of them ; has large, showy, yellow flowers, and handsome foliage. 25 and 50 cents each. THEVETIA. T. neriifolla ((TifIhevetia). Locally known as trumpet flower, tiger apple, etc. A West In- dian shrub with beautiful evergreen foliage, and pale yellow flowers, almost constantly in bloom. The flowers are followed by odd-shaped fruit, not edible, still not poisonous, as said to be by some, although the shrub belongs to a family of plants, some of which are poisonous. 25 and 50 cents each.
