The Barge Bridge (Bargeburg) in Bruges, Belgium is located at Vesten at Minnenwater Park. In contrast with most of the city's battered old stone bridges, this is a modern and distinctly bright red, curved bridge with wooden planks spanning over the canal to the south pf the downtown area. Itwas constructed as part of the designation of Bruges as the Culture Capital of Europe back in 2002.
