PHILLIPINE SEA (Sept. 25, 2017) Chief Damage Controlman Erik Prager, from Jacksonville, Fla., observes as Damage Controlman Fire Apprentice Jordin Davis, from Pascagoula, Miss., sprays a vari-nozzle during aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) system testing in the main space of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) in preparation for inspection and survey (INSURV). Ashland is operating in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to enhance partnerships and be a ready response force for any type of contingency.
