Case 7.—D., child, three years old. Showed a broadened head, swellingof the soft tissues, and a bluish discoloration of the skin. The roentgenogram revealed extensive osteoporosis of the whole skullvault, on the outer surface of which were needle-like osteophytes 2-3 arranged in the manner of a halo. (See Figs. 29 and 30.)
