The Norwegian neverwinked or quailed, but seizing an enor-mous pair of shears, he rushed atStewart like a mad man and ran himout in the street. Stewart said after-ward that he had either to run orkill him. The city council fined Omberg $50,but he carried the case to the supremecourt and gained it.
