OMAN (Sept. 27, 2017) Navy explosive ordnance disposal technicians, assigned to Task Group , and members of the Royal Navy of Oman dispose of unexploded ordnance during Exercise Safe Handling 2017. Safe Handling is an annual, bilateral explosive ordnance disposal and diving exercise between the Navy and Oman to increase tactical proficiency, broaden levels of cooperation, enhance mutual capability and support long-term regional security and stability.
