President Tsai Ing-wen distributes a red envelop to a man during the celebration in New Taipei Tsai Ing-wen visited the Yonglian Temple and distributed the Lunar new year's red envelopes. Many of the people who gathered at the temple wore respirator masks, but President Tsai Ing-wen did not wear a mask when she was distributing the envelopes. The event took place after Taiwan's CDC announced two new cases of severe special infectious pneumonia "Coronavirus" (3 confirmed cases in total).
