Price, except otherwise noted, 15 cts. each, $ per doz.; 2-year-old plants, 25 cts. Ball of Snow (Boule de Neige). Pure white, very double and exqui- sitely fragrant; a constant bloomer. 20 cts. Captain Christy. Delicate flesh color, deepening toward the center. 20 cts. General Jacqueminot. Rich crim- son-scarlet ; very sweet and hand- some ; a general favorite. Paul Neyron. The flowers are immense ; it is probably the largest Rose grown, and one of the finest ; color deep pink; very double and full, finely scented, without any sus- picion of coarseness. New Hardy Variegated Rose, Roger Lambelin. One of the most remarkable Roses yet offered. The petals are irregular on the edges, like a double petunia ; the color is glow- ing crimson throughout, except the edges of the petals, which are all dis- tinctly marked with a white band, forming a sharp contrast and the most unique combination of colors known in Roses. The growth is free and vigorous, and the fragrance is delightful, equal to that of the finest hardy Roses. This is a "novelty" of the most striking order. 25 cts. Sweetbrier. The true old English variety; very desirable for shrubberies and gen- eral planting ; the flowers are bright pink and single, but the exquisite fragrance of the flowers, leaves, and young branches in the early spring frequently perfumes a whole neighborhood, and is delightful.
