Seven arched road bridge over the River Deveron, north -east Scotland joining the two towns of Banff and Macduff. UK
The north Aberdeenshire coastal resorts of Macduff and its neighbour Banff are separated by little more than a bridge over the River Deveron. Macduff was a famous spa town during the 19th century and now has a thriving and pleasant harbour. The Macduff Marine Aquarium houses a display of local sea life with its huge centrepiece aquarium tank open to the air. A historic town on the north coast of Aberdeenshire, in the north-east of Scotland, Banff is a good centre for playing golf on the numerous courses in the area.
