Dabigatran etexilate mesylate. Molecular model of the drug dabigatran etexilate mesylate ( ). This anticoagulant is sold under the brand name Pradaxa. It is used to reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
