BETHESDA, Maryland (Feb. 4, 2020) Navy Police Officer, Cpl. Howard Clarke, secures the Naval Support Activity Bethesda Command Suite after clearing it during an active shooter drill as part of Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain 2020. CS-SC is a two-part, anti-terrorism force protection exercise being conducted nationwide on installations, Feb. 3-14. The annual exercise is not in response to any specific threat, but is used to evaluate the readiness of the fleet and installation security programs.
