Autumnal display and Tennyson Memorial Statue within the grounds of Lincoln Cathedral, Lincolnshire, UK

Poet Laureate, Alfred Lord Tennyson Memorial Statue by George Frederick Watts shows Tennyson and his favorite dog, Karinina, whilst holding and looking at a flower in his hand. The bronze sculpture depicts "flower from the crannied wall" and below his name on the plinth are the words to the short poem. The statue stands proud within the grounds of Lincoln Cathedral amongst the seasonal charm and splendor of the Lime trees and is a fitting tribute to one of Lincolnshires famous sons.
