Babette "Bette" Bolivar to assume the duties as the commanding officer Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South from Capt. Michael Wathen during the base change of command ceremony at the Pat Thompson Recreation Center. A part of the Navy Region Southeast and Navy Installations Command, NSA Mid-South serves as the Navy's Human Resources Center of Excellence.
