A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 adds a Battle 'E' ribbon his dress blue uniform shortly after his battalion was named the recipient of the award. NMCB-5 was awarded the Battle 'E' on Dec. 22, 2008, for the successful completion on their 2008 pacific deployment.
