**STORY UPDATE** A 30-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of murder. ** Hemel Hempstead, Herts, UK. 2nd March 2013. A fire in Westerdale, Highfield is being investigated by Police after the death of a man in the early hours of Saturday morning. Detective Chief Inspector Mark Ross is leading the investigation.
