A model for 15 years and co-founder, with her sister Melissa, of Hemsley & Hemsley - provider of nutritious home-made food to private clients - Hemsley's priority is healthy living. Nutrition comes first and the sisters' blog (they also provide recipes for British Vogue) is the place to go for the lean, clean recipes that they eat themselves. But nutrition is just part of Hemsley's overall holistic approach, which also includes reflexology ( ), Thai massage () and acupuncture (). She loves chanting - "mantras are my secret weapon" - but also finds it helpful to "smile your way out of a situation. It might feel awkward and fake at first but your body soon responds," she says. Recently Hemsley & Hemsley hosted a yoga workshop. "We had a teacher from the Ananda spa in the Himalayas, then had a little feast."
