Collins, says: 'The Early Cluster is a vigorous fcAnLTULUJl [healthy grower, hardv and extremely productive; berries are medium to ' hirge size and of the best quality, sufficiently firm to ship, although sweet, and have no hard bitter core like some varieties, ripens the whole crop in a few days and very early ; are gonie when the Taylor and Snyder begin to ripen. ITiirteen quarts have been taken from a single hill at one picking.' Mr. Collins gives sworn testimony to this, also testimonials from prominent liorticulturists, covering four pages, substantiating all he Claims for it, quoted above. WILSON JUNIOR.—A new one, originated and now first offered by Mr. Parry, of N. J. He says: 'It was raised from the seed of selected fruit of tlie old Wilson Early. It is the largest and best vei-y early blackberry, )eiug sweet as soon as black, and not apt to turn red in the boxes, carries well and looks well in market, sells readily at the highest price. EARLY HARVEST.—This is without doubt the earliest of the black- berries, of mediuni size, firm, sliining black and of good quality, canes are hardy here, rather short dwarfish growth, and very productive can be planted much nearer together than most kinds.
