Air Force Tech Sergeant Remick Loudon, 11th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) Requirements and Optimizations (R&O) section chief, speaks with his co-worker, Michael Faison, JBAB Heating, Ventalation and Air Conditioning manager, at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington , March 19, 2021. The 11th CES R&O team is made up of 16 members to include Airmen, Air Force civilians and one Navy officer. The team is currently migrating fully from the Navy real property assest system Maximo to the Air Force system NexGen.
