Hall, passes the noncommissioned officer sword of responsibility to the commander of the Georgia Army National Guard’s 265th Support Group (Regional), 78th Troop Command, Col. Lanita Kuhn, Saturday morning, during the units change of responsibility ceremony in Metter, Georgia.
