The 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade, New York Army National Guard, formally assumes command of Army aviation operations in Camp Buehring, Kuwait, on Dec. 15, 2013. The brigade, comprised of National Guardsmen from across New York State, arrived in Kuwait early December in preparation of relieving the 36th CAB, Texas Army National Guard.
