James Mitchell, 173rd Mission Support Group commander, during a change of command ceremony at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Ore. Sept. 27, 2018, signifying his acceptance of command. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Tim Bruner relinquished command and assumed command of the 173rd CEF.
