Rocco, command sergeant major for Installation Management Command (IMCOM)-Readiness at Fort Bragg, , reads a citation during the presentation of an Army safety streamer to Fort McCoy on April 11, 2017, while Brenda L. McCullough, director of IMCOM-Readiness, places the streamer on the Fort McCoy garrison flag held by 1st Sgt. Hector Ocasio of Fort McCoy Garrison. McCullough and Rocco visited Fort McCoy from April 10-12 to learn more about the installation as well as attend the Fort McCoy Installation Planning Board meeting.
