Brad Rosen, the commander of Navy Region Southwest, right, listen to Tom Holm, the executive director of the Zero Emissions Alliance, during the ZE Summit & Expo at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, California, September 7, 2022. The goal of the ZE Summit & Expo was to connect industry innovators with facilitators from government agencies, financial institutions, and other organizations for the specific purpose of reducing environmental carbon dioxide. “We are really here to be great partners and neighbors for the community,” said Woodworth. “We have a mission to do, that’s first. In our mission, we are all better if we do this as a group.” The MCI-West energy team continues to work on reliability, resilience and efficiency in an effort to ensure all installations are capable of supporting the operating forces and meeting any and all critical and mission-essential requirements during any interruption of energy supply from the local utility. Woodworth is a native of Suffield, Connecticut.
