Cattle.—Tracks of adult cattle are clumsy in comparison with those of Wapiti, being longer and of greater width in relation to length. In the case of two year old cattle the length is about the same. The greater width, though, is quite evident. Generally, it may be said that cattle tracks have a more rounded appearance irrespective of the animal's age. White-tailed Deer.—Small tracks, almost round, and outline delicately heart-shaped. Can- not possibly be confused with the tracks of.
