A large table centrepiece,Historismus reproduction in the Renaissance style. Stoneware with a brownish glaze and lavish Renaissance decoration. Handles in the shape of mermaids,fruited garlands,and putti,accentuated by grey and golden over-glaze painting. Bowl and base screw together. A cloverleaf mark and the serial number "1014" on the base. Small chips in places. The colour of the glaze is somewhat worn.
